Your Contribution
Efficient, energetic, multi-tasker – is this how your references describe you? We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team supporting office management, administration and legal functions on a part time basis Tuesday – Friday, 6 hours per day.
In this varied role you’ll be responsible for
- Supporting the business enablement team with office management and administration
- Raising purchase orders, managing travel requirements and expenses
- Coordinating internal company events
- Providing administrative support within the legal department including documentation control, filing, mailbox management and other non-qualified legal admin

About you
To be successful in this role you’ll have a couple of years administration experience in a fast-paced office environment. You’ll be a critical thinker, problem solver and efficient worker.
Naturally you’ll be a strong communicator with great time management skills and able to manage multiple priorities and projects.
