Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the school. Manage pupil admissions, registration, and enrollment processes. Maintain accurate and confidential student, staff, and school records. Monitor and update pupil attendance records and reports. Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, guardians, visitors, and external stakeholders. Respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate communication between school management, teachers, parents, and pupils. Prepare and distribute school notices, newsletters, and other official communications. Provide administrative support to the Head Teacher, teachers, and other staff members. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, school events, and activities. Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, and personnel record management. Maintain staff attendance and leave records. Support the preparation and monitoring of the school's budget. Manage school fee records, payments, and financial documentation. Procure and maintain office supplies, educational materials, and school equipment. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate resources are available. Ensure compliance with school policies, educational regulations, and health and safety standards. Coordinate school inspections, audits, and accreditation requirements. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of school facilities and learning environments. Prepare administrative, enrollment, attendance, and operational reports for management. Maintain effective filing systems and databases for easy access to information. Support the planning and implementation of school programs and extracurricular activities.
