We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Administrator to lead our team in Florence, AL.
Position Overview:
The Administrator will oversee all outpatient and outreach operations in the Florence location. This individual will be responsible for ensuring exceptional patient care, maintaining compliance with corporate policies, and managing clinical, marketing, and administrative staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise all operations of the outpatient and outreach location in alignment with corporate policies and objectives.
- Develop and execute annual marketing and financial budget plans.
- Select, manage, and retain employees while adhering to company personnel policies.
- Ensure compliance with Bradford Health Services policies, procedures, and applicable regulations, including 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA standards.
- Maintain effective communication between referral sources, facility staff, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise business affairs to align with budgetary goals.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure patients receive the best possible care.
- Oversee facility maintenance and ensure properties are in good repair and operating condition.
- Lead individual marketing and public relations activities to enhance community presence and referral relationships.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: At least three years of relevant experience, with two years in a supervisory role. Experience in a chemical dependency setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of organizational structures in healthcare, school systems, and judicial systems is a plus.
- Proven skills in office management, communication, and leadership.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Ability to work in a cooperative, team-oriented manner and under stressful situations.
Physical and Emotional Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods and meet vision and hearing requirements.
- Must be emotionally and physically capable of managing stressful situations.
