Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).

What You'll Do:

As an Administrator-in-Training, you'll gain practical experience in:

  • Human resources, staffing, and employee engagement

Requirements

  • Must reside in Colorado 
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field 
  • Experience in Healthcare setting LTC/SNF preferred 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for serving seniors and improving quality of care
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment

  Wage Range: $50k-$75k D.O.E / Application Deadline: 8/20/2026

Skills Required
