Assist in preparing and serving meals for residents, follow food safety and sanitation practices, maintain kitchen and dining cleanliness, document dietary intake, and communicate resident dietary needs and preferences.

Designs, plans, and leads activity programs to enhance residents' physical, mental, and social well-being. Coordinates volunteers, community events, budgets, calendars, and resident outings; maintains participation records and safe, engaging activity spaces.

Administrator-in-Training will rotate through operations, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, resident care, HR, finance, admissions/marketing, and leadership development to prepare for LNHA licensure under mentorship.

Coordinate and maintain staff schedules, manage call-ins/call-offs/shift swaps and vacation requests, fill open shifts, monitor staffing and overtime, keep attendance/payroll records, assist onboarding, and communicate scheduling changes while maintaining confidentiality.

Provide medication administration and daily living support to senior residents. Observe and report condition changes, maintain accurate medication documentation, follow federal/state/facility health and safety regulations, and offer compassionate companionship and assistance during PRN day and night shifts.
