We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and driven Administrator in Training (AIT) to join our leadership team. This position provides hands-on experience in every aspect of skilled nursing facility operations while preparing you for a successful career as a Nursing Home Administrator.
Working alongside experienced leaders, you'll gain practical knowledge in resident care, regulatory compliance, human resources, finance, admissions, quality improvement, customer service, and daily operations.
QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or related field preferred).
- Must have successfully passed the Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) licensing exam or be officially scheduled to take the NHA licensing exam.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Passion for serving older adults and improving quality of care.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in healthcare, long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living.
- Supervisory or management experience.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
During the AIT program, you will receive training in:
