The Admin 1 - Store Services provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations of the supermarket. This role supports store leadership in vendor service compliance and documentation , coordination, customer service tracking.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update store service records, including scheduled service schedules, work logs, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with floor care, Ecolab, waste, window cleaning and other scheduled service tracking, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Prepare reports on store performance metrics, customer feedback, and compliance checklists.
  • Handle internal communications, including memos, announcements to the vendor community
  • Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues to appropriate departments.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks comply with company policies and local regulations.
  • Hold vendor partners and store leadership accountable according to the contracted scope of work while maintaining a positive relationship with both.
  • Understand and accurately reflect the scope of work accordingly in regard to respective contract services.
  • Work as a team across departments and partnerships both internally and externally.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a retail or service environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Service Channel and basic computer knowledge.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to maintain a positive relationship with both vendor partners and store leadership.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $19.00 - $28.50
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
