Job Description

P&G Professional is pursuing a $16 billion professional cleaning market by serving the needs of professionals with trusted brands and superior products. We are seeking a “chief of staff” for the P&G PRO Brand Leader who can balance both administrative and project/systems responsibilities.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator & Project Specialist. This role is a blend of administrative support for the PG PRO Brand Leader and project management, focusing on executing and managing process-heavy systems. The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, excels at creating order from chaos, and is strong about driving operational discipline. If you have a knack for process optimization and enjoy maintaining efficiency, this position is for you. We are looking for someone who is not only comfortable with management of processes but also committed to ensuring our operations run smoothly.   • Digitally savvy and agility to learn new technologies.  Willingness to learn systems like Brandstore and PIM.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Working knowledge of Coupa, PO systems, and iBot budgeting system preferred

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $69,300 – $96,200

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
