Arise® connects enterprises with a global network of entrepreneurial service partners. You will own the architecture of the agent and client global websites and mobile apps — the systems our partners use every day.
You’ll keep the engine of Global People Operations running: accurate employee records, clean HR system data, and the documents and filings that keep us compliant in six countries. You’ll work US Eastern hours from India with a small, hands-on team and be the person everyone trusts to get the details right. When our data and paperwork are solid, every other People Ops decision gets easier.
What you’ll do- Accurate employee data. Enter and maintain employee records, job changes, transfers and exits in our HR systems, and audit data regularly.
- Smooth starts and exits. Prepare onboarding and offboarding paperwork, track required documents and close out every step on time.
- Letters done right. Draft offer, employment verification, relieving and other employee letters from approved templates.
- Audit-ready files. Maintain organized, secure personnel files and gather documentation for audits and compliance requests.
- Compliance on schedule. Track country-specific filings, policy acknowledgments and deadlines, and pull headcount and employee reports.
- 2–4 years of HR administration or HR operations experience.
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS and maintaining employee data.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Commerce or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills and clear written and spoken English.
- Availability to work US Eastern hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET standard.
- Nice to have: Multi-country HR experience, monday.com or Microsoft 365 workflow tools.
Arise is a fully remote customer experience company with people across the US, Canada, the UK, India, Jamaica and the Philippines. You’ll work from home with a laptop and setup stipend from us, a team that’s used to working across time zones.
