We are looking for an Administrator Operations to join our team on a temporary basis for approximately 7 months. Are you enthusiastic about supporting courses, participants, and instructors while ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly? As Administrator Operations, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate daily operational and logistical support for courses, participants, and instructors.
- Serve as the first point of contact for participants and instructors, providing reception and on-site support.
- Manage participant and instructor administration, including registrations, scheduling, documentation, and certificates.
- Arrange travel and accommodation logistics, including hotel, taxi, and flight bookings.
- Support the organization and hosting of courses, meetings, conferences, and events, including room setup, equipment, and F&B coordination.
- Ensure clear communication between Course Administration, the CSMART Hotel, and other stakeholders.
- Support purchasing, shared inbox management, and other operational tasks.
- Participate in scheduling calls and assist with projects.
Requirements & Experience
- MBO degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration or service-oriented education.
- Previous experience with administration within back and front office environments.
- Available to work a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Currently residing in the Netherlands and in possession of a valid right to work in the Netherlands. Visa, work permit, and relocation sponsorship are not available for this position.
