YOUR MISSION
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our IT team. The Microsoft 365 Administrator will be responsible for the management, administration, and support of our organization's complete Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams. The successful candidate need to have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies and best practices, as well as experience with implementing and managing Microsoft 365 solutions.
- plan, develop and maintain Microsoft 365 related services and align them with PUMA best practices.
- perform Microsoft 365 tenant management tasks, including its managing security, compliance, and supporting technologies.
- Participate and lead regular meetings to determine progress and address any technical questions or challenges.
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for testing and rollout initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement for systems our team is responsible for.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging Microsoft 365 technologies and trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Create, update and maintain technical documentation.
- Communication and coordination with internal and external parties
YOUR TALENT
- At least 3 years of work experience in IT, with proven experience in managing Microsoft 365 features.
- Strong technical understanding of all Microsoft 365 features (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Licensing, Power Platform...)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Motivated, team-oriented and easily adapt to a complex environment.
- Experience with PowerShell is a mandatory
- Capable of collaborating in a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent English communication skills written and spoken, able to translate business request into technical requirements.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate are a plus
