El equipo de Ventas de TransUnion es responsable de impulsar el crecimiento del negocio mediante la gestión efectiva de clientes, oportunidades comerciales y relaciones estratégicas. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
- Brindar soporte administrativo, operativo y analítico al equipo de Ventas para garantizar la ejecución eficiente de los procesos comerciales.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales, incluidos Ventas, Finanzas, Operaciones y otras áreas de negocio, para apoyar la ejecución de iniciativas comerciales.
- Mantener información precisa y actualizada en Salesforce u otras herramientas CRM para respaldar la gestión efectiva de clientes, oportunidades y actividades comerciales.
- Apoyar procesos relacionados con cuentas, cotizaciones, contratos, precios, facturación y seguimiento comercial, según corresponda.
- Preparar, analizar y distribuir reportes comerciales que faciliten la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
- Atender solicitudes de clientes internos y externos, asegurando altos niveles de servicio, precisión y cumplimiento de plazos.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua en procesos de soporte comercial y contribuir a la implementación de prácticas más eficientes.
- Gestionar múltiples tareas, prioridades y fechas límite en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo acelerado.
- Manejar información confidencial y sensible con integridad, discreción y profesionalismo.
- Contribuir al éxito del negocio mediante una ejecución consistente, precisa y orientada al cliente.
Required Knowledge and Experiences
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Finanzas o un campo de negocios relacionado; también se podrá considerar experiencia equivalente.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia profesional en funciones relacionadas con soporte comercial, operaciones, servicio al cliente, administración de cuentas o áreas afines.
- Dominio avanzado de inglés y español, tanto verbal como escrito, para comunicarse efectivamente con equipos y grupos de interés internos y externos.
- Conocimiento de procesos comerciales, gestión de datos, coordinación multifuncional y seguimiento operativo para apoyar resultados de negocio.
- Sólidas habilidades de organización, atención al detalle, análisis, resolución de problemas, comunicación interpersonal y gestión de prioridades.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office, incluyendo Excel, Word, PowerPoint y Outlook.
- Experiencia práctica utilizando Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management, CRM) o herramientas similares de gestión de relaciones con clientes.
- Conocimiento funcional de Ariba o plataformas comparables de compras, gestión de proveedores o administración de procesos relacionados.
- Capacidad para analizar datos, preparar reportes, organizar información y apoyar decisiones comerciales basadas en datos.
- Habilidad para trabajar con múltiples sistemas empresariales, herramientas de colaboración y plataformas de gestión de información.
- Experiencia previa en roles de Sales Support, Sales Operations, Account Support o Customer Support.
- Experiencia apoyando cuentas clave, clientes corporativos o clientes empresariales.
- Conocimiento de procesos de ventas, precios, contratos, facturación o flujos operativos relacionados.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel, incluyendo tablas dinámicas, fórmulas y análisis de datos.
- Experiencia trabajando en organizaciones corporativas, globales o con estructuras matriciales.
- Mentalidad centrada en el cliente.
- Capacidad sólida de seguimiento, ejecución y cumplimiento de compromisos.
- Habilidad para manejar información confidencial y sensible.

Pay Scale Information:The pay range for this position is $21,54 - $31,25 per hour. *The pay range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan.
