Description
Position Purpose:
Responsible for identity management of user accounts and protection of system resources. Provide administration support for enterprise system access. Setup, maintain and terminate system access on multiple security architectures and within multiple secure applications. Provide problem resolution to customers. Ensure compliance with corporate information security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.
Government Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain a security clearance, which requires applicants to be a U.S. Citizen.

Location:
This position is full‑time (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week), consisting of a mandatory three days in the office Tuesday-Thursday and two days working from home Monday/Friday (please note at times there may be a business need of in office depending on workload and priority level) in Columbia, South Carolina.
What You’ll Do
Create, modify, delete, maintain, and monitor system access identification for systems and platforms such as email systems, Active Directory Domains, cloud platforms, mainframe systems via Resource Access Control Facility (RACF), enterprise applications and subsystems, remote access, web browsing, and/or application-level security databases. Review, verify, and implement security requests.
Work with other areas of Information Systems to provide solutions for customers. Dispatch work to security points of contact for completion and/or process break/fix and service severity level requests to meet customer needs. Provide instruction, problem resolution, and follow-up to external customers and internal employees. May train new team members on procedures and problem resolution.
Perform system access reviews to ensure compliance with corporate security policies and standards. Participate in related project work as needed such as documentation of work, process implementations and procedure updating.
Create and/or review data access reports to research service requests or issues. May also be asked to review reports to ensure compliance with corporate information security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.
To Qualify for This Position, You’ll Need the Following:
Required Education:
Bachelor's in a job-related field
Degree Equivalency:
Associates degree plus an extra 2 years of job-related work experience for a total of 4 years of required work experience (see "required work experience")
OR
6 total years required work experience.
Required Work Experience:
2 years IT technical experience in infrastructure and/or applications.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Working knowledge of IT security systems and concepts.
Working knowledge of LAN access control systems.
Working knowledge of enterprise server and LAN applications and subsystems.
Working knowledge of user administration on single platforms.
Ability to acquire knowledge for multiple platforms.
Able to quickly learn new tools and emerging technologies.
Able to acquire knowledge of industry standards for corporate information security systems as they relate to customer and governmental regulatory requirements.
Required Software and Other Tools:
Standard office equipment.
We Prefer That You Have the Following:
Mainframe provisioning experience.
Experience maintaining multiple enterprise applications and infrastructures (I.e. Mainframes, distributed Access, onboarding, and terminations).
Bachelor's degree-in Computer Information Systems/Technology or related degree.
Intermediate knowledge of I/S customer departments and their functions.
Work Environment:
Fast paced, multi-platformed environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.
