Position Summary
The primary purpose of this position is: Assist with day-to-day property management issues in Real Estate OPS email box. Distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail daily.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for reviewing and distributing incoming mail daily.
- Responsible for processing outgoing mail daily
- Using Remedy to create tickets for incoming mail and assigning to team members based on assignments
- Responsible for managing the Real Estate Ops email box and opening tickets by analyzing email and assessing urgency to assign to Remedy ticket.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years' experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Excel, Microsoft office, Microsoft database
- Organization
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Remedy and / or AMT experience a plus
