Key Responsibilities
- Management of debtor accounts and ageing analysis
- Produce monthly debtors reports
- Maintain accurate credit records and documentation
- Liaise with Internal Stakeholders, underwriters, finance teams, and clients
- Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, and company policies where applicable
- Assist with month-end financial processes and audits
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and credit control principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting)
- Experience with accounting and insurance systems
- Financial reconciliation skills
- Ability to analyse debtor trends and identify risks
