Administrative Support:

ensuring the smooth execution of daily administrative operations, supporting all teams, and maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism within a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, business travel, and corporate events
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors
  • Maintain and archive documents, and handle incoming phone calls
  • Ensure a well-organized and efficient working environment

Additional General Responsibilities

  • Support overall office operations and resolve day-to-day administrative issues
  • Manage and log incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, phone calls), directing it to the appropriate departments
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks with teams
  • Maintain and update databases and company records
  • Assist in administrative projects, including collecting and organizing information for reports and presentations
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events (meeting rooms, transportation, hotels, etc.)
  • Welcome and assist visitors/clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Liaise with external partners (couriers, cleaning services, IT support, suppliers)
  • Monitor office supply inventory and manage procurement orders
  • Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment
  • Support marketing initiatives and company promotion activities
