Manage and process mandatory nautical publication orders via Chart Track.
Create and follow up purchase requisitions for Survitec, Bogerd Martin, Blomsma and other suppliers.
Coordinate shipment of paper publications (charts, logbooks, safety signs, original certificates), including transmittal documents, DHL forms and crew‑change related deliveries.
Print and copy logbooks, safety plans and other technical documents using the A0 plotter.
Schedule and manage meeting room bookings for MarOps.
Monitor and follow up invoice payments in collaboration with DEME Finance.
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Experience with operational or maritime documentation is an asset.
Comfortable working with digital tools
Proactive, structured and able to manage multiple small tasks efficiently.
Available part‑time and for a temporary assignment.
