Job Title: I/O Psychology Administrative Support Specialist

Overview:
OBAN is currently searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to assist I/O Psychologists and Consultants on workforce assessments, competency modeling, employee surveys, organizational effectiveness studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for federal I/O Psychology projects.
- Coordinate meetings, focus groups, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
- Maintain project schedules, action item trackers, and project documentation.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and briefing materials.
- Support contract deliverables and project reporting requirements.
- Assist with surveys, assessments, and organizational studies.
- Assist with compiling and organizing assessment results and supporting documentation.
- Perform data entry, validation, and quality control reviews.
- Maintain project files and ensure document version control.
- Organize electronic records in accordance with federal records management requirements.
- Prepare materials for project audits, reviews, and quality assurance activities.
- Ensure confidentiality of employees and organizational data.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree; relevant training/certification preferred.
- Three plus years administrative support for federal or consulting projects.
- Experience supporting federal agencies, federal contractors, or consulting projects preferred.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive workforce information.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams. Outlook, etc.)
- Proficiency Data Visualization Tools
