Provide end-to-end federal recruitment and staffing support: job analysis, write/post JOAs on USA Staffing, review applications, verify eligibility, prepare certificates and offer notifications, ensure OPM/HHS/FDA compliance, audit case files, and respond to applicants and stakeholders.

Provide full-spectrum federal HR support including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, benefits, HRIS administration, time and attendance, compliance with federal HR laws and veterans preference, reporting, and process improvement.

Support centralized workforce planning for a federal client: forecast and report staffing needs, recruit and manage talent, perform strategic planning, collect/analyze workforce data, and produce reporting. Must work hybrid near Rockville, MD, obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance, and be a U.S. citizen.

Support a federal client in a centralized shared services team by identifying and implementing process improvements, developing liaison frameworks, documenting workflows and policies, overseeing initiatives, and collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to produce accurate process documentation.

Provide expert federal position classification and position management support: write and evaluate position descriptions, conduct audits, apply OPM standards and FDA hiring models, complete FES/FLSA/OF-08 documentation, advise managers, and analyze organizational structure for efficiency.
