Location: Quantico, Virginia

Position Summary: Provides administrative services supporting PM MAGTF C2 leadership and staff while maintaining program office records, schedules, travel support, correspondence tracking, and personnel management documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedules.
  • Maintain organizational charts and staffing rosters.
  • Support DTS travel coordination.
  • Maintain action tracking systems.
  • Process access requests and administrative forms.
  • Track and route correspondence and taskers.
  • Support onboarding activities and personnel administration.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience.
  • Experience supporting executive-level personnel preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Associate degree preferred.
