Credence has an immediate need for an Administrative Support - Logistics Data Mgmt at the senior level to support HQ AFMC A4/10 at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.
The Headquarters Air Force Material Command Directorate of Logistics, Civil Engineering, Force Protection, and Nuclear Integration (HQ AFMC/A4/10) has the AFMC mission responsibility to: shape the workforce and infrastructure to provide logistics, sustainment, and installation support for acquisition logistics, supply management, depot maintenance, and base-level logistics operations, and deliver responsive strategic facility and infrastructure oversight and over-arching direction for all Major Command (MAJCOM) security operations…resulting in war-winning expeditionary capabilities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
- Provide HQ AFMC/A4/10 logistics office management and sustainment project management support services.
- Track and document action items.
- Coordinate calendars.
- Manage shared facility resources and utilization.
- Track and monitor financial costs.
- Review and track program/functional training and maintain organizational program correspondence and suspense’s.
- Maintain division EIM sites by assisting the division site manager.
- Maintain EIM sites and encourage project data exchange between EIM site members.
- Monitor completion of directorate actions and report status.
- Attend government-unique training to ensure compliance with HQ AFMC/A4/10 business rules.
- Assist with organization taskings within the Task Management Tool (TMT), or current suspense system, and distribute to the appropriate Action Officer.
- Track suspense’s in TMT or current suspense system.
Requirements
Education, Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must have an active or current Secret security clearance (or higher), verifiable in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
- No degree is required. Personnel shall have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience. Because of the organization skills required and the administrative nature of these tasks, years of experience may include educational experience beginning with High School and beyond.
- Must have extensive knowledge of office management and Action Officer processes is desired, including experience tracking and maintaining organizational program correspondence and tracking and monitoring financial costs.
- Advanced Degree (MA/MS) and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/ professional discipline being performed with proper certifications as described in the labor category performance requirements
- OR BA/BS degree, and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed with proper certifications as described in the labor category performance requirements
- OR fifteen (15) years of direct experience with proper certifications as described in the labor category performance requirements.

Skills Required
- Active or current Secret security clearance (or higher), verifiable in DISS
