Job Title: Admin Supervisor
Job Brief: PalmPay is a pan-African fintech company currently operating in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania and expanding to other markets this year. We’re reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to transfer money, pay bills, and shop online.
We are looking for an experienced Admin Supervisor who is passionate about our mission of driving financial inclusion in Africa. The ideal candidate’s role will include managing the household budget, organizing social events, and making travel arrangements as needed.
Admin Supervisor Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure that all supplies needed for the house are delivered on time
• Make sure that the interior of the house is clean and well-maintained at all times
• Maintaining inventory of all furnishings and equipment in the house, including ordering replacements when needed
• Coordinate with staff members to ensure that all events run smoothly from start to finish
• Supervise daily housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure that the facility is well-kept at all times
Admin Supervisor Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an Admin Supervisor or similar role
• Fluency in the Chinese Language is a plus.
• Being a good communicator, understanding the employer’s likes and dislikes.
• Being knowledgeable in a wide range of areas related to the role
• Being responsible, efficient, discreet, and organized
• Relevant training and certifications as an Admin Supervisor
