Administrative Programs Officer III - E56C

Annual salary: $65,347.17+ Full State Employee Benefits

Job-related travel is Occasional.  Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and three (3) years of professional experience in business or public administration;
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of technical administrative* experience for each year of the required bachelor's degree.

Job Responsibilities

  • This position is part of the Child Support Services Business Analysis Team.
  • Responsible for the preparation of reports and analyses of various types of Program performance and activities, relying heavily on the use of technology to aid in efficiency and accuracy.  
  • Work with management staff across all offices in the preparation of worklists and ad-hoc reports, at times requiring quick turn-around.
