As an Administrative Program Coordinator III, you will serve as a key liaison and administrative resource, supporting the Director of the Rapid Response team in a virtual setting. In this role, you will be the point of contact for inquiries and sign-ups, as well as support the Director with coordinating patient meetings and administrative tasks such as reporting and travel arrangements. Your work will help ensure that we are closing the loop with patients with regards to questions, appointments and any other needs.
We are looking for a highly organized caregiver that can multitask, has critical thinking skills and can work with minimal supervision in a close team environment. This role offers substantial opportunities for professional growth, providing exposure to leadership, strategic decision-making and operational management.
A caregiver in this role works Monday-Friday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM, with flexibility on start/end times based upon business needs.
This is a remote position requiring some availability to be on-site for occasional meetings, training, etc.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Function as liaison and as an administrative, technical or operational resource.
Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.
Facilitate and attend meetings and record key outcomes.
Identify key milestones and deadlines.
Proactively communicate project status and requirements to achieve results.
Research, analyze and organize information for presentations.
Develop interdepartmental education programs.
Lead records management activities and ensure standards are maintained.
Assist department leadership with large or complex projects and initiate or lead moderately complex projects.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Communications or related field
Additional progressively responsible experience may offset degree requirement
Four years of financial, business analysis or project management experience
Strong computer skills and experience with software applications
May require license based on department/Institute need
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Healthcare experience
Knowledge of project management and communication practices
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Scheduling/registration experience
Physical Requirements:
- High degree dexterity to operate office equipment.
- May require extended periods of standing, walking or sitting.
- Good visual acuity through normal or corrected vision.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
