Business Support Services helps with all your mail, printing, assembly, and physical records retention needs.
We are currently seeking a Print Administrative Operations Analyst to join our corporate headquarters in downtown Cincinnati, OH. This position is based in-office and follows a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Completes assignments of the highest technical complexity ranging from single and multicolor forms, promotional materials, bulletins, manuals and other printed material including documents requiring merge of covers, text, indexes and related items.
Performs necessary equipment set-up and preparatory work. Operates bindery equipment such as folder, cutter, perforator, punches, collator, drill, stapler, padder, etc.
Provides diverse support to departments and team, performing a variety of administrative operational tasks.
Research, resolves, and tracks workflow and accuracy issues. Documents methods and processes for issue resolution.
Collaborates with internal and external customers to resolve and track misrouted or unidentified information.
Leads projects, assisting with the planning and execution.
Builds partnerships across the business to effectively address customer issues.
Participates in testing system upgrades and enhancements.
May manage technological needs for supported groups.
Identifies opportunities to streamline procedures and enhance efficiency.
May have responsibility for performance and coaching of staff and may have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management for direct reports.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Generally, a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative or office support functions.
Possesses advanced organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
High attention to detail related to communications, scheduling, and recordkeeping. Demonstrates expert knowledge of business systems and applications and utilizes relevant equipment to perform job functions effectively.
Leverages expertise in department operations, policies, and procedures and applies expert understanding of the business and organization.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Provides guidance, training, and assistance to lower-level positions.
Serves as a resource for other functional areas.
Experience with commercial printing and/or bindery equipment a plus.
Graphic design experience a plus.
