To sustain the company's growth and expand our services, we are currently looking for an Administrative Officer for Claims Department.

You will have an important role in prioritizing and dispatching the workload amongst the team members.

You will work under a broader scope with the regional team in a teamwork environment.

You will gain time management and efficient communication with your excellent administrative skills.

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

 

  • Manage incoming documents/ invoices (emails and mail).
  • Request missing documents from clients/providers.
  • Scan documents and input data in the system in a timely manner.
  • Handle payment reports and check the inbound and outbound information. Keep track of payments paid to both clients and providers. 
  • Assist with other administrative tasks

 

Your profile:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Having experience as administrative support preferably in an international company would be a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, and reliable.
  • Knowledge of Computer PC, MS-office, Internet, E-mail.

Skills Required
