Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Office Coordinator to join our team in Radnor, PA.

In this important front-office role, you'll help create a welcoming experience for clients and visitors while supporting our psychiatric and clinical teams with the administrative coordination needed to keep the office running smoothly. What You'll Do

As the Administrative Office Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Radnor office. Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers.
  • Manage front desk and receptionist responsibilities while helping ensure smooth daily office operations.
  • Provide administrative support to psychiatric and clinical staff.
  • Prepare client charts and assist with collecting copays and other required information.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate medical record requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical and administrative records.
  • Help ensure office equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
  • Manage office supply orders and inventory.
  • Assist with petty cash and weekly bank deposits.
  • Handle challenging or sensitive phone calls with professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service.
  • Support additional administrative and operational needs as they arise.

  • Ability to remain professional and composed when handling challenging phone calls or situations.
