Job Overview
Responsibilities
Receiving and processing signed proposals efficiently and accurately.
Scheduling production appointments daily to keep operations moving smoothly.
Managing production reports and communicating with all customers every 3 weeks until projects are completed.
Handling accurate data entry and filing to keep documentation organized.
Distributing Work Orders promptly to each division.
Supporting other team members through a teamwork-oriented approach.
Multi-tasking and adapting to a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong accountability.
- May require occasional weekends.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Call center experience with telephone systems and technology.
Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal, and written communication skills, including a professional phone voice.
Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, alongside strong and accurate typing skills.
Strong attention to detail and sharp organizational and time management skills.
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Work Environment
- This position requires working onsite at our office. This is not a remote position.
- May require occasional weekends.
