The Role

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Administrative Manager to lead administrative operations, client relations, and strategic account management in Luanda, Angola. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Portuguese and English, possess strong organizational and leadership skills, and have experience in managing cross-functional teams and client portfolios.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver bilingual client support and consultation (Portuguese and English) across multiple channels, including in-person meetings, to build strong relationships and address evolving client needs.

  • Manage and guide the Administrative Assistants team, oversee accurate product data documentation, deliver performance reports, and contribute to strategic alignment through internal and external meetings.

  • Ensure accurate tracking of delivered and sold goods while coordinating with logistics teams for timely and precise deliveries.

  • Support the credit control function by monitoring collection process with customers and sales force, reviewing debtors in order to minimise financial risk and secure the financial position of Jotun in accordance with Jotun’s business strategy.

  • Support event planning and participation, coordinate daily operations with the team, and assist Finance with collections and documentation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Proven experience in administrative and client-facing roles.

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.

  • Experience in logistics, sales, or project management is an advantage.
