This position administratively supports the leader of Client Advisory Services and the Client Advisory Services team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize a complex and ever-changing schedule, ensuring seamless and effective communication and organization
- Maintain and update client databases (e.g. CRM, GoFileRoom, STAR) to ensure an accurate record of client information and leads
- Act as a resource for a team of associates by managing communications and coordinating resources to ensure a timely response to prospects.
- Plan and coordinate travel, internal team meetings, and events, including preparation of agendas and materials, taking notes and ensuring follow-up on action items
- Review interim/draft proposals and final deliverables to ensure compliance with proofing standards and reporting templates
- Assist team leaders prepare for meetings by preparing reports from existing dashboards and drafting presentations to enable business development activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative support role in a professional services environment
- Project management experience and high ability to collaborate
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Previous experience utilizing a customer relationship management solution (such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce) is preferred
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while handling multiple projects at once, assigned from multiple people
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and time deadlines
- Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated individual who can work independently and take initiative with minimal oversight

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate's unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $52,000 - $70,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
