Responsibilities:
Main duties
- Documents for invoicing and refunding are checked and processed in the required quality and in accordance with the established rules
- All processed documents are prepared for further processing in a systematic and selectable manner
- Speed of processing – sorting, preparation, processing and preparation for invoicing in a defined time
- Sorting and selecting errors from processed volumes based on documents and instructions from individual teams. Subsequently, the volume is ready for archiving.
- Entering data from physical (scanned) documents into the system in accordance with the established rules for the defined service
- Checking the entered data in the system for transactions paid out at the payment point
- Reporting incorrectly issued forms by merchants to the QA team
- KPIs (key indicators)
