Job Description
Fragomen Thailand is looking for an Administrative Assistant to manage overall administrative tasks, and coordinate and support the team in the local office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and system with IT Department, HR Department in overseas and internal team.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing new material and attention to budgetary constraints
- Organize and supervise other office activities (renovations, event planning, liaise with building management etc.)
- Supervise front desk, office maid, dispatch activities.
- Answer phone calls and direct to the respective team/individual.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (i.e. emails, packages, letters, etc)
- Manage diligence on external vendors and coordinate their activities and reporting to Management team.
- Assist with miscellaneous complex administrative tasks as assigned.
- Organize and manage daily activities which include scheduling, organizing meetings, catering and travel plans for the office and/or Management team.
- Maintain Business Continuity Plan and communicate effectively with internal team to ensure team are aware and follow Business Continuity Plan.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in administration activities and /or project coordination.
- Ability to recognize and appropriately handle highly sensitive and confidential material and information
- Strong organizational, project and time management skills; Ability to manage multi-task and prioritize workload; detail-oriented
- Strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing work
- Proficiency with MS Office tools
- Proactive, flexible

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
