Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a recently-awarded 5-year USAID supply chain and pharmaceutical management project in Ethiopia. The purpose is to provide comprehensive technical assistance to strengthen the health supply chain and pharmaceutical services in select geographic areas in Ethiopia, both of which are cornerstones to achieve critical life-saving priorities.

About the Role
The Administrative Coordinator provides front desk and general administrative support and works closely with the Director of Finance and Administration to ensure a smooth flow of office operations. They ensure timely information flow from external and internal clients to respective recipients both over the telephone system and physically appearing clients mindful of the image of MSH.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience working in a busy environment with front desk, stores management, workshops/training procurement support
Knowledge and Skills

Computer literacy and proficiency with word processing applications especially Microsoft Excel and Word

Excellent communication skills. Good command of English language and ability to work in multi-cultural settings

Excellent interpersonal skills – able to build good working relationships. Ability to share knowledge and experience

Demonstrates a willingness to learn and widen their skills
