Job Summary:
Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader/group. Performs activities under a moderate degree of supervision.
We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate to join our team in (Henderson, CO).
This role is 100% onsite in Henderson, CO
Will make an impact in the following ways:
- Provide administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, and addressing routine information requests.
- Gather, compile, verify, and accurately enter data into documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and office systems.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, preparing correspondence, and receiving visitors.
- Support payment documentation and entry into accounting systems; respond to inquiries from accounts payable and payees.
- Maintain departmental policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Participate in team projects and business improvement initiatives.
- Perform other routine administrative activities as needed, following organizational procedures.
Responsibilities
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent; written English communication skills preferred.
- Minimal or no prior work experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong collaboration, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and present data clearly.
- Resilient, action-oriented, and accountable, with the ability to plan and prioritize work.
- Familiarity with procurement policies, systems, and procedures is a plus.
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. Written communication skills in English, preferred.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Minimal or no work experience required.
Experience using Microsoft office including excel, PowerPoint, and word required.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
