About the location:

- Brindar soporte en procesos de selección, administración de personal y temas legales.
- Asistir en el proceso de onboarding de nuevos colaboradores, incluyendo la confección y actualización de legajos.
- Realizar el seguimiento de documentación del personal (Certificados médicos, Certificados de Manipulación de Alimentos, rosters, entre otros).
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas internas de Four Seasons.
- Colaborar en la organización y ejecución de eventos internos del área.
- Mantener actualizada la información y bases de datos del sector.
- Utilizar y gestionar herramientas internas como Workday, Payroll, SPEC, entre otras.
Requisitos:
- Contar con estudios en Recursos Humanos (estudiante o graduado); también se valorarán perfiles con formación en Administración o Hotelería.
- Dominio del idioma inglés.
- Fuerte orientación al servicio y alineación con la cultura Four Seasons.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para planificar, coordinar y ejecutar múltiples procesos.
- Alto nivel de confidencialidad y manejo responsable de la información.
