The Willows (Fletcher, NC) at Red Oak Recovery is a clinically dynamic, trauma intensive substance abuse and mental health treatment program designed specifically for the unique needs of adult women. Our focus is on clinical care, and we utilize the latest research-supported clinical modalities to ensure positive outcomes. Using a holistic approach, our team supports clients on their path to self-love, self-acceptance, and self-awareness. We are seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to add to our dynamic team!
The Administrative Assistant works closely with all departments and is a key role in helping them work together successfully. Our ideal candidate would bring organization and attention to detail to support many aspects of our program and help ensure professionalism and efficiency in supporting our clients and staff.

Responsibilities
- Perform weekly chart audit and disseminate to Executive Team
- Administer required client surveys
- Facilitate onsite admissions in coordination with admissions and clinical teams
- Primary phone coverage - answer and direct incoming calls
- Greet visitors and guests; ensure compliance with sign in procedures
- Assist clinical team with incoming and outgoing client letters
- Distribute and file incoming and outgoing mail and shipment distribute shipments
- Maintain office supply quantities and process office supply orders
- Document preparation and copying information
- Assist with CARF licensure and auditing of files
- Maintain office filing and organizational systems
- IT point of contact-troubleshoot failures, call for repair, monitor preventative maintenance, monitor and purchase postage for meter
- Office tidiness/ support operations team in tour readiness
- Maintain complete confidentiality of company issues
Qualifications
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs
- Administrative office experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Management experience in a residential treatment setting
- 2 years management experience
