As an Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager in US Panels, this role would be supporting our manufacturing team. Our manufacturing operations are expanding and need more support as we grow our east coast footprint.
Core hours: 8-430pm in office
As an Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager a typical day might include the following:
- Maintain and assist with intra/interdivisional information flow of correspondence, meeting minutes, presentations, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare and code forms for purchasing supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate and reconcile travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to coordinate and prepare for meetings, customer visits and trainings.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range Data
We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Pay range for this position is $24.53-$36.26 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
