We're a growing team looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
What you'll be doing:
- Monitoring our virtual mailbox and routing/handling correspondence
- Helping track and maintain state compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Coordinating new hire merchandise/swag shipping requests
- Supporting internal people operations and admin tasks (onboarding logistics, document organization, record keeping, etc.)
- Generally keeping things moving — flagging what needs attention, following up on loose ends, and being a dependable second set of hands
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Are highly organized and proactive — you notice the small stuff before it becomes a problem
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Can work independently without needing to be micromanaged
- Are comfortable juggling recurring tasks and one-off requests across multiple tools
- Treat sensitive/HR-adjacent information with discretion
Nice to have:
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or operations support
- Familiarity with state business compliance (registered agent services, annual reports, etc.)
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and standard HRIS platforms
- Background supporting small or remote-first teams
