Job PurposeThe Administrative Assistant supports the Sales Operations team by ensuring efficient coordination of patient communications, physician reporting, CRM accuracy, and internal administrative processes. This role contributes to operational effectiveness, sales support, and patient engagement by maintaining organized systems, facilitating communication with healthcare partners, and assisting with lead generation and reporting activities that support ROMTech’s Clinician guided at-home rehab model.
Key ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties- Assist in marketing initiatives and support execution of outreach campaigns
- Communicate with patients and physicians’ offices to support care coordination and engagement
- Generate and distribute patient status reports for physicians and their staff
- Maintain and audit CRM systems to ensure accurate, up-to-date data
- Organize and coordinate virtual and onsite meetings, including logistics and scheduling
- Maintain organized files, projects, and confidential documentation in compliance with company standards
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Sales Operations team
- Assist in lead outreach and execution of lead generation initiatives
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting, documentation, and communications
Performs other related duties as assigned to support operational and business needs.
