Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant at Exploren plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our platform data. From data entry and quality checking to onboarding new assets, setting up customer accounts, and verifying assets across third-party platforms, this position ensures the foundations of our operations remain consistent and dependable. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to support a seamless experience for customers and stakeholders.
The Exploren team works closely with sales, customer support, product development, and operations to ensure accurate data, smooth onboarding of new assets, and reliable platform performance — supporting EVSE's position as a leader in sustainable mobility infrastructure.
YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage accurate and timely data entry across Exploren systems, including ongoing data quality checks and issue resolution
- Onboard and maintain assets (chargers, locations, configurations) and customer accounts, ensuring correct setup and permissions
- Provide ongoing account and admin support, resolving queries and fulfilling requests
- Audit and verify asset listings across third-party platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility
- Maintain clear documentation of onboarding, updates, and quality control activities
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and keep tasks on track
- Support reporting and data extraction from internal systems as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding, admin processes, and product enhancements
KEY STAKEHOLDERS
- Customers: Support account setup, administrative requests, and platform-related queries, ensuring a smooth user experience
- Sales & Account Management: Partner closely to onboard new customers and assets accurately and on time
- Support Team: Collaborate to resolve account and data issues, maintaining consistency across systems
- Product & Engineering: Identify recurring data quality issues and provide actionable feedback to improve platform performance
- Third-Party Partners: Liaise with roaming networks and external platforms to ensure asset listings are accurate, visible, and up to date
- Previous experience in an administrative, data entry, or sales/operations support role
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite user and exposure to SaaS platforms (nice to have)
- Strong attention to detail, with a structured approach to data accuracy and quality control
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Confident working across software platforms, web applications, and spreadsheets
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the confidence to question inconsistencies
- Interest in the EV charging industry, or eagerness to build knowledge in this space
