Manage end-to-end customer journey for embedded network clients: identify and convert opportunities, onboard customers, grow share of wallet, ensure SLAs for ordering, delivery, data quality, billing, reporting, and drive value-added product adoption.

Manage end-to-end delivery of Exploren network asset projects across Victoria, including planning, design, construction, commissioning and handover. Prepare scopes, specifications, schedules and estimates; manage HSE, cost, schedule and quality; oversee site assessments and contractors; support business development and ensure compliance with electrical standards and continuous improvement processes.

Develop, test, and support EV charging hardware and related systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers; draft specs and documentation; provide Tier 3 technical support and training; assist electrical commissioning and quality control; maintain product manuals and technical notes.
