Manage end-to-end customer journey for embedded network clients: identify and convert opportunities, onboard customers, grow share of wallet, ensure SLAs for ordering, delivery, data quality, billing, reporting, and drive value-added product adoption.

Coordinate delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects by supporting project managers, contractors and suppliers, monitoring progress, maintaining documentation, ensuring HSE compliance, conducting site visits, preparing reports, and managing stakeholder communications to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Monitor and improve customer operations by analysing operational data, managing ServiceNow and PureCloud workflows, handling escalations and Ombudsman cases, supporting ASPs and retailers, conducting QA reviews and UAT, maintaining SOPs, running KPI meetings, and providing training and day-to-day support to onshore and offshore teams to drive service quality and efficiency.
