Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable software systems, internal automation tools, cloud data solutions, integrations, and monitoring frameworks. Collaborate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary engineering teams on requirements, technical design, project planning, reliability, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.

Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, UAT, and release testing. Manage defects, validate fixes, maintain test documentation, and support quality governance. Assist with requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process mapping, and stakeholder workshops. Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners across Agile and Waterfall projects while contributing to testing standards and continuous improvement.

Establish and lead Zelora’s testing capability, including testing strategy, governance, quality frameworks, test planning, defect management, release readiness, metrics and continuous improvement. Lead functional, integration, regression, end-to-end and operational testing across technology initiatives. Perform technical business analysis through requirements gathering, process mapping, workshops, user stories and acceptance criteria. Partner with technology, business, project and vendor stakeholders to improve delivery quality and coordinate UAT.

Leads Zelora’s technology landscape, solution architecture, software delivery, AI implementation, and technology governance. Provides technical leadership to internal teams and external partners, establishes engineering standards, designs secure and scalable architectures across applications, integrations, cloud, and data platforms, and translates business needs into practical solutions. Drives AI-enabled automation, secure-by-design practices, continuous improvement, vendor oversight, and alignment with security, privacy, compliance, and business strategy.

Coordinate EV charging infrastructure projects from planning through completion. Support project managers with contractors, suppliers, contracts, documentation, budgets, timelines, risk management, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Conduct site visits, support safety and environmental standards, respond to client enquiries, and assist with proposals and customer meetings.

Manage strategic customer accounts as the primary contact, developing account plans, overseeing commercial contracts, ensuring service obligations are met, resolving complex issues, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, strong stakeholder relationships, customer advocacy, and understanding of technical and operational environments in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or related sectors.
