Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow within the organization. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate communication, maintain records, and provide support to management and staff.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Support HR and finance departments with basic administrative tasks.
  • Welcome visitors and provide general office support.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information and documents.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Experience with scheduling tools and office software.
