POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day facilities and administrative management of the main regional office, ensuring safe, efficient, and well‑coordinated workplace operations. Responsibilities include facilities maintenance, logistics and vendor coordination, security, front desk supervision, invoice and purchase order management, and support of special projects and events. The position also provides confidential administrative support Operations and leadership team, including schedule management and event coordination, while tracking office‑related costs and expenditures. This role reports to the Operations Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the day-to-day facilities management of a main regional office as appropriate; including maintenance, logistics, security and related activities. Logistics to include build-outs, shredding, copiers, furniture, vending and PO requisitions.
- Serves as primary point of contact for building owners, MPC facilities, building contractors, local Fire/EMS.
- Supervises front desk receptionists; assign and coordinate work assignments, problem resolution, performance evaluation, work allocation and training.
- Assists in the coordination and completion of special projects and/or events as appropriate.
- Prepares, reviews and approves invoice coding as it relates to the District/Regional office as well as creating Purchase Orders.
- Provides confidential administrative support for the Vice President of Operations and his/her direct reports, to include managing schedules, coordination of special internal/external events and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries as appropriate.
- Tracks costs for District/Regional office monthly events.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School or GED equivalent required
- A valid Driver’s License and excellent driving record
