We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist our management team at our Woodbury, Long Island location. We foster a collaborative, collegial, and supportive work environment and value continuous learning and professional development.Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support for two-person management team
· Maintain licensing for various continuing education classes nationwide
· Input client information and notes into customer relationship management database
· Prepare and ship marketing information to company sales representatives
· Provide bookkeeping backup to the banking team
Qualifications
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, particularly Word and Excel
· Professional demeanor with strong client service and interpersonal skills
· Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
· Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
· Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills
· Prior experience in real estate transactions, escrow, title, tax, accounting, or financial services is a plus, but not a requirement
The annual base salary for this position is $65,000 - $73,000.00.
