What You Will Do

We are in search of an experienced Administrative Assistant to work on a part-time, unscheduled basis (estimated to be 8 to 15 hours per month on average), to provide efficient and effective support in a variety of areas:

  • Prepare expense reports
  • Prepare invoices, track client payments and post them in the accounting system in accordance with firm policies
  • Prepare time sheets in accordance with firm policies
  • Manage and maintain required legal paperwork and processes in accordance with firm policies
  • Any other administrative duties including preparing reports, memos and PowerPoint presentations 

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional administrative support experience 
  • Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • High school diploma or GSD

    • Polished and professional demeanor, accustomed to a fast-paced, client-oriented environment

    • Flexible approach to prioritizing tasks in order to meet deadlines
    • Impeccable attention to detail and organization
    • Service team player, no task is too big or too small

    Location

    This is a remote position, based in the United States. The expected application deadline for this job is March 1, 2026.

    Compensation

    The overall pay range for this role is $35.00 - $56.00 an hour. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.

    For candidates residing in:

    • Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the pay range is $35.00 - $56.00 an hour.
    • All other locations, the pay range is $30.00 - $49.00 an hour. A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.
