Role overview

The Administrative Assistant supports Muvr’s day-to-day business operations by providing strong organizational, administrative, and coordination support across teams. This role helps keep the office (physical or virtual) running smoothly, ensures tasks don’t fall through the cracks, and supports leaders and teams with reliable execution.

This role partners closely with Operations, People, and leadership teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Office Support
  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
  • Assist with meeting setup, notes, follow-ups, and action item tracking.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and shared documentation.
Scheduling & Coordination
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and logistics for teams and leaders as needed.
  • Support internal events, team meetings, and offsites.
  • Help manage travel arrangements and expense tracking when required.
Process & Task Management
  • Track recurring tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support process documentation and basic reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Support
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal requests.
  • Support Operations, HR, Finance, or other teams with administrative needs.
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests.
QualificationsRequired
  • 2–5+ years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Preferred
  • Experience in startups or high-growth companies.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, project trackers).
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or teams.
