Job Responsibilities:
Record (taking meeting minutes, when appropriate), type, print, and save memos, letters and other documents while maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality on designated corporate matters.
Proofread written material before distributing to ensure accuracy.
Schedule, coordinate and oversee all arrangements in connection with corporate meetings and functions; such as semi-annual ELT Town Halls and Human Resource programs/initiatives.
Reserve meeting rooms as requested by staff.
Handle requests from senior leaders in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy.
Handle bereavement requisitions as requested.
Project a polished, positive, professional manner. Will sometimes be required to answer calls for senior leaders and maintain confidentiality as appropriate.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Experience supporting senior level leaders is preferred.
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio).
Above average proficiency in typing, proofreading and grammar.
Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, active listening).
Ability to multi-task, deal with interruptions and regain focus on task at hand.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve and work independently.
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.
Pay Range: $39,857-$46,254Eligible full-time employees receive a competitive Total Rewards package, including but not limited to a 401(k) with employer match up to 8% and additional service-based contributions, Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life and Disability coverage, generous PTO, Paid Sick Leave, and paid parental leave in addition to state-mandated leave.
