Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and expertise to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills, a willingness to assist colleagues, and the ability to multitask in a professional office setting.
The primary responsibilities include greet office visitors, oversee office management and coordination of business meetings and travel arrangements for senior management, managing document filing, scanning and shredding, assist with processing employee expense claims and managing receipts, receive and sort mail deliveries, preparing outgoing mail and courier shipping. Other projects and responsibilities will be assigned as needed.
Part-time Availability:
- Available 24 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours.
- Additional hours may be offered during busy seasons and provide coverage for other staff members during their holiday leave.
- As RESPEC and the Saskatoon office grow’s there is potential for transitioning to a full-time position in the future

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED); or associate’s degree in business administration
- Experience with Office365; applications such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Minimum of 5 years of office management or administrative experience
- Familiarity with basic accounting/bookkeeping principles
Additional Information
Compensation: Hourly wage depends on education and experience, plus statutory insurance requirements.
