This position requires a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will support multiple Finance Leadership Team Members by managing schedules and performing general administrative duties.

This is a hybrid role working from our NYC office at least 3 days per week. You will report to the Head of Leadership Support, Office of the CEO.

You'll Get To…

Administrative + Operational Support:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for FLT
  • Ensure conference rooms are properly booked and setup for meetings for Finance Leadership Team
  • Complete T&E reports in a timely manner
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations 
  • Update mailing lists and rosters as needed
  • Coordinate distribution of mail for finance team, scanning mail over to the correct team 
  • Manage and oversee seat assignments for Finance team; coordinate closely with Workplace Services
  • Work with Finance Leadership Team onboarding new hires
  • Work closely with CFO’s EA and assist with projects as needed

Event Planning:

  • Coordinate team all hands; assist with AV setup
  • Coordinate logistics for team onsite, offsites, and holiday gatherings
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and catering orders
  • Advocate for team culture by managing discretionary funds and assisting with milestone celebrations 

Who We're Looking For

  • 2+ year(s) of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Develop and foster relationships across the team and company
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Slides, Docs, Sheets, and Drive)

Cash Compensation Range: $53,500 - $86,250 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to receive an incentive award as part of their total compensation.
