What we are looking for:

To support us on our mission, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you are responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Provide daily office administration and clerical support including document filing, data entry, etc.
  • Perform procurement duties for stationary, equipment, furniture, and general supplies
  • Assist in HR operations
  • Assist in organizing company events & staff activities
  • Perform outdoors works, e.g. cheque deposit
  • Assist in basic accounting work, e.g. preparing account receivable records
  • Act as backup of other team members when required
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned


Basic Qualifications:

  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage data with high accuracy
  • Holder of Higher Diploma / Associate Degree
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese and English

 Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • 1 year experience in administration support
  • Flexible, well-organized, self-motivated and responsible
  • Willing to learn with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
